PARTIAL WEDDING planning
Partial wedding planning is designed for couples who have already made progress on certain aspects of their wedding but seek additional support for the remaining elements. You can reach out to us at any time during your planning process. After an initial consultation, we will assess what has been accomplished so far and assist you with the outstanding details.
We will recommend suppliers that align with your vision and budget, and coordinate all necessary meetings. Additionally, we will negotiate prices and maintain a detailed spreadsheet of confirmed dates and costs for the suppliers you have already secured. Our team will handle all communications to arrange the timing and logistical aspects of your wedding day.
On the day of your wedding, we will be present from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and overseeing all arrangements. The cost for this service is determined by the level of involvement required and the remaining planning needed.
ON THE DAY co-ordinator
Before your wedding we will handle all of your carefully made plans, liaising with you and your team of suppliers to ensure that nothing has been forgotten or overlooked.
On the day itself, we will oversee the set-up of your venue or marquee, coordinate your suppliers, manage your timeline, and provide assistance to you and your guests.
