We offer three levels of wedding planning support, each designed to meet you wherever you are in your planning journey.
Full Wedding Planning
At the core of every wedding we organise is YOU—your insights, preferences, priorities, budget, and distinctive personality. From this foundation, we take charge of all the research, management, and coordination, offering you straightforward advice and customised recommendations. We aim to empower you to feel inspired and confident in your decision-making process.
Throughout the planning journey, we will keep you informed with regular meetings, and our communication will be streamlined through an all-in-one online platform. This minimises unnecessary administrative tasks and ensures that every detail is managed efficiently in one central easy location. As we work together leading up to your special day, we also collaborate with our exceptionally skilled supply partners to transform your unique vision into reality.
Partial Wedding Planning
Partial wedding planning is designed for couples who have already made progress on certain aspects of their wedding but seek additional support for the remaining elements. You can reach out to us at any time during your planning process. After an initial consultation, we will assess what has been accomplished so far and assist you with the outstanding details.
We will recommend suppliers that align with your vision and budget, and coordinate all necessary meetings. Additionally, we will negotiate prices and maintain a detailed spreadsheet of confirmed dates and costs for the suppliers you have already secured. Our team will handle all communications to arrange the timing and logistical aspects of your wedding day.
On The Day Co-ordinator
Before your wedding we will handle all of your carefully made plans, liaising with you and your team of suppliers to ensure that nothing has been forgotten or overlooked.
On the day itself, we will oversee the set-up of your venue or marquee, coordinate your suppliers, manage your timeline, and provide assistance to you and your guests. This service is entirely bespoke and our planners' time on the day can be tailored according to your priorities and concerns.
