Couples come from across Denbighshire, Conwy, Flintshire, Wrexham, Gwynedd and Anglesey — and from over the border in Cheshire too.

Is there a wedding fayre near Ruthin or Denbigh?
Yes. Our 2027 Wedding Experience at Ruthin Castle is right in the heart of Denbighshire, and The White House Wedding Story in Rhuallt is just off the A55 near St Asaph.
How far is it from Wrexham, Mold or Rhyl?
Both North Wales events are an easy drive from Wrexham, Mold, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Conwy and Colwyn Bay. Each event page has the full address and postcode for your sat nav.
Will suppliers know North Wales venues?
Our featured suppliers regularly work across Denbighshire, Conwy, Flintshire and Wrexham, so they can talk sensibly about local venues, travel and timings.
Are the tickets free?
Yes. Tickets for couples at our 2027 Wedding Experiences are free — just book online so we know you're coming.
Can I bring my family or bridal party?
Of course. Add everyone to your booking so we can plan for you.
Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free at every Wedding Experience venue, so save your pennies for the cake.
Who gets a goodie bag?
The first 50 couples through the door at each event.
How many suppliers will there be?
We keep it small on purpose: two in most categories, up to three photographers at larger venues, and just one in some categories such as photobooths, DJs and singers.
