Why suppliers join
Be found by couples who are ready to book. Your profile appears on our category, county and town pages, built to rank on Google for searches like "wedding photographer North Wales".
Small numbers at each event. A maximum of 2 suppliers per category, or up to 3 photographers depending on venue size, so you're not competing with ten others at the next stand.
A badge that shows you're part of the collective. Display it on your website and socials, linked to your Elite profile.
Enquiries that come straight to you. Couples contact you directly through your profile — no middleman, no commission.
Is the Associate membership right for me?
Associate membership is for great suppliers who don't need a stand at every event — perhaps you're based further away, or you're growing your business. You get the badge, a profile and promotion for less than the price of a coffee a week. If you decide to exhibit, you can upgrade to full Elite membership at any time and we'll credit your first month's Associate fee.
Frequently asked questions
How many suppliers per category at each event?
A maximum of 2 in each category, except photographers, where there may be up to 3 depending on venue size.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, any time. Your first month's Associate fee is credited against your upgrade.
Do I have to exhibit?
No. Exhibiting is optional and booked separately. Stands for 2027 Elite Wedding Experiences are £95, or £76 for full Elite Members.
How do I get priority booking?
Full Members get first access to new event dates through the Elite WhatsApp group before general release.
Can I cancel?
Membership runs until 31 December 2027 and can't be cancelled part way through.
Can I switch between memberships?
You can upgrade from Associate to Member at any time. Members can move to Associate when their membership renews for 2028.
Membership doesn't guarantee a space at events. Suppliers are featured, not endorsed — couples should always carry out their own research before booking.
